  1. a colour scan copy of your passport or ID-card or another document certifying identity and citizenship,
  2. a colour scan copy of degree certificate,
  3. (if any) a digital English proficiency certificate or a colour scan copy of your English proficiency certificate,
  4. a form of consent that allows the university to process personal data within the scope of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Afterwards, the university conducts verification of the provided information.

To apply for the Master’s program, applicants must undergo free online English test and online interview with Subject-matter experts. Additionally, applicants can participate in mock trial test and interview, with one attempt provided. The university may recognize the results of mock trials as the primary outcomes.

Upon successful completion of the entrance trials, the applicant signs an educational contract with the university. The contract becomes effective upon payment for the first semester. The tuition fee for one semester is 20000 000 UZS.

The payment for tuition must be made within 10 banking days from the signing of the contract, but no later than the start of the classes. The student has the option to pay the entire amount upfront — 60 000 000 UZS, or to pay for each semester separately — 20 000 000 UZS per semester. In the event of non-payment within the specified period, the university reserves the right to terminate the contract.

After signing the contract and making the payment, you will receive the confirmation of your student status from the enrollment specialist.

Interview
English test
The interview is conducted online in English, with the applicants' camera and microphone turned on. The duration of each interview is up to 30 minutes.
The interviewing board consists of technical discipline lecturers and the specialists assessing soft skills. Prior to the interview, the applicants must present their documents and diploma of higher education.

Interview questions cover technical and analytical aspects, as well as examine the applicants' motivation and communication skills. The applicants are informed of the interview results within the following 24 hours. Upon a successful interview, the applicants receive the recommendation to sign the educational services contract.
The English test is conducted online on the Examinator platform. The test consists of 60 questions, and participants have 25 minutes to complete it. Each student is given 2 attempts to pass the test.
The minimum proficiency level in English required for the admission to the ITPU’s Master’s program is B2. Additionally, the university may recognize English test results based on the following international certificates*:

Admission of foreign citizens
The admission process for foreign citizens is similar to the process for citizens of Uzbekistan. Entrance trials and mock trials are conducted according to the general procedure.

about the rules:
Foreign applicants must provide the translation of their documents into English, Uzbek, or Russian languages, and undergo the validation procedure in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan.
The contracts are signed remotely. By signing the enrollment contract, a foreign citizen acknowledges that the university degree has the legal force only within Uzbekistan and may require validation in other countries.
The tuition fee for foreign citizens does not exceed the tuition fee for the citizens of Uzbekistan.

Certainly, we accept applications from students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree studies. If you are in the process of completing your undergraduate studies but have not yet obtained your diploma at the time of application, you are still eligible to apply for the Master’s program. However, you must submit your Bachelor’s degree diploma no later than September 2.
