On November 1, a historic event took place in Samarkand — the signing of the Samarkand Declaration on Tech Diplomacy, an initiative launched by the Tech Diplomacy Institute in cooperation with UNESCO.
IT Park University became part of this international initiative that brings together governments, businesses, academia, and the IT community to jointly shape the digital future.
The declaration aims to advance technological diplomacy — a new field where innovation and international collaboration unite to establish common standards in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data protection.
We are proud that this global movement — one capable of redefining how the world approaches technology and diplomacy — began right here in Uzbekistan.
