On March 14, IT Park hosted the Skill Exchange — a meetup for female students from IT Park University, British Management University, and Tashkent International University of Education. Participants shared their experiences in technology, leadership, communication, and community development.
The event featured the following speakers:
Aziza Kasimbekova (IT Park University) — on how development processes are structured, as well as the fundamentals of SDLC and QA.
Milana Medvedeva (British Management University) — on finding one’s path in IT and the importance of empowering women in technology.
Alina Baybekova (British Management University) — on leadership and communication skills in the modern world.
Diyora Satimova (Tashkent International University of Education) — on how communities contribute to career growth.
The program also included networking, an interactive quiz, and opportunities for students from different universities to connect.
