Academic Position for Business Ethics and Corporate Culture

About the position:
Your main tasks will include:
1) Conduct online lessons in English, ensuring effective delivery and student engagement.
Quality control and assurance
1) Provide feedback on student communication, addressing questions, material understanding.
2) Analyze and process student questions and learning feedback.
3) Evaluate and interpret assessment results, patterns, and trends.
1) Continuously enhance your own knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development activities and incorporating new technologies and teaching methods into your instruction.
2) Provide consultation services to students during office hours through chats and emails.
3) Oversee, monitor, and guide students in their self-study activities.
4) Participate as an assessor in examination processes.
5) Oversee, monitor, and guide students in their self-study activities.
4) Assess and provide feedback on homework assignments to students.
5) Review student papers and answers for plagiarism.
6) Offer pre-assessment consultations to ensure student preparedness.
7) Maintain academic discipline within the virtual classroom.
6) Engage in quality assurance and curriculum development initiatives.
7) Prepare quality assurance audit notes and action plans for continuous improvement.
2) Collaborate with colleagues and experts in the field to share best practices, exchange ideas, and contribute to the overall development and improvement of the IT Park University educational experience.
3) Attend meetings, workshops, and other university activities as required, contributing to the overall growth and development of the university and its academic programs.
Master's Degree in the field of expertise
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the subject matter
English Proficiency (C1-Advanced)
2-3 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area
1 year of online teaching experience (proficiency in using online learning platforms, communication tools, and other relevant technologies is essential)
Experience in developing teaching materials
