Step 1. Learn more about the admission process

Admission to the University is carried out on a competitive basis according to the results of entrance examinations. The exam consists of two subjects – English and Mathematics. 

To participate in the competition, it is mandatory to provide the following documents:

Scan-copy of the passport or ID card;

Scan – a copy of the document of education;

Scan-copy of English language certificate (if there is);

Price for participation in entrance examinations - 200 000 UZS. Payment is made through Payme, via the link in the application portal.

Step 2. Applying in your personal account

Before starting the registration of the application, prepare the following information:

1. Date of birth
2. PINFL (only for citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan)
3. Passport or ID-card number
4. Passport issuing authority
5. Date of issue
6. Validity
7. Registration address
8. Address of residence

And also make scanned copies of the following documents, which must be saved in PDF/gpeg/png format:

- Passport or ID card
- A document on general secondary, secondary special, vocational education (or a certificate from a school/college or lyceum)
- A document on general secondary, secondary special, vocational education (or a certificate from a school/college or lyceum) 

After preparing all the necessary information, register on the website https://my.itpu.uz.

Step 3. Registration for entrance exams

After checking and accepting the application, you will be sent an SMS notification to register for the entrance exams.

Registration for the entrance exam is carried out in a personal account on https://my.itpu.uz website, where the applicant can choose a convenient date and place for passing the exam. Entrance exams are held face-to-face in each region of Uzbekistan. 

Exam consists of two subjects – English and Mathematics. An applicant can be exempted from the English language test, if he has an international certificate confirming English Proficiency according to the list below.

International certificates accepted to enter the ITPU program:

ITPU English Test – B1

IELTS – 5.0 or above

TOEFL iBT (overall) – 42 or above

PTE (overall) – 43 or above

Linguaskill (average score) - 140 or above

Cambridge Assessment English B1 Preliminary – successfully

Cambridge Assessment English B2 First – successfully

Cambridge Assessment English C1 Advanced – successfully

Cambridge Assessment English C2 Proficiency – successfully

Cambridge Assessment English C2 Proficiency – successfully

Important! A scanned copy of the relevant certificate must be attached when applying to your personal account on https://my.itpu.uz website, and confirmed by the operator when checking the data. 

Applicants who have successfully completed the preparatory course of the Foundation Studies University are exempted from passing entrance exams if they have the appropriate certificate.

Grading scale for entrance exams:

English

Minimum Required Level: B1

Mathematics

Minimum Required Level: Passed

The results of the exam will be posted in your personal account on  https://my.itpu.uz website within three days

Checking and evaluating the entrance examinations' results is carried out by automated processing of the results of applicants' answers. 

The results of entrance examinations are not subject to revision. Examination materials based on the results of entrance examinations are not provided to applicants.

Step 4. Signing the contract and payment

After successfully passing the entrance exams, the applicant will be invited to the office to draw up a contract. Details of the planned visit to the office will be available in your personal account on https://my.itpu.uz website.
The contract for studying at the University is signed face-to-face and requires the personal presence of the applicant. Applicants under the age of 18 must come to the office with their parents.
Tuition fee of 7 500 000 UZS must be made within 10 banking days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Please, note that you cannot start studying without confirmation of payment.

If payment is not made within the specified period, the University reserves the right to terminate the contract.

Step 5. Order for enrollment and beginning of studies

The enrollment order is generated within 10 days after payment confirmation. Order details are available in your personal account on https://my.itpu.uz website. Studies start date - September 25, 2023.

Entrance exams

The comprehensive exam consists of two subjects – English and mathematics. Registration for entrance examinations is carried out online in the personal account of the applicant on https://my.itpu.uz website.

Exam dates: March 1 – September 20

Cost of exams: 200 000 UZS

Exams format: face-to-face

English language

Depending on the answers, the test will consist of two or three sections. Each section has 20 questions. The test starts with the B1 level section. You will have only 12 minutes to answer all 20 questions in each section. The result will be presented according to the CEFR scale.


Passing score: B1

Mathematics

The math test will consist of 20 multiple choice questions. Questions will be divided into three levels of difficulty. It is recommended that you answer all questions, as points will not be deducted for incorrect answers. Each question can consist of more than one topic. No additional formulas are provided during the exam.

Passing score: Passed

B1 Preliminary (PET), B2 First (FSE), C1 Advanced (CAE), or C2 Proficiency (CPE) certifications are only eligible until they expire.

Admission features for foreign citizens and stateless persons

Foreign citizens and stateless persons participate in the competition for admission to the University on a general basis.

Documents submitted by foreign citizens and stateless persons for admission to the University must be translated into English, Uzbek or Russian and notarized in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The contract for studying at the University is signed face-to-face and requires the personal presence of the applicant. By signing a study agreement, a foreign citizen or a stateless person confirms the awareness that the document on the successful completion of IT Park University is official only on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is subject to nostrification in other states.

The policy of attending classes and assessments at the University is unified and applies to all students of the University, regardless of whether they are citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan. By signing a study agreement, a foreign citizen or a stateless person confirms his obligation to be present on the territory of the University during the mid-term and final assessments.
